English National Opera's major new production of Mozart's most popular comic opera is one of the London music and theatre highlights this summer. Following the sell-out success of ENO classic The Magic Flute, this new production features spectacular filmed backdrops that blend seamlessly with the on-stage action, along with lavish period sets and 18th-Century costumes. These are accompanied by a strong principal cast and some of Mozart’s most popular and unforgettable music.

The production originally premiered at the prestigious Aix-en-Provence festival in 2008 and now makes its much anticipated British debut at the London Coliseum.
