limited mobility: All Stalls seats have good leg room, particularly aisle seats and those in rows A and C.

access description: Ramp or 4 steps up through double swing doors to the main entrance. From main entrance there are 15 steps down (with handrails but not highlighted) to Lower Ground level, or 7 steps or stairlift up to the foyer. Located in the foyer are the Box Office, the Cafe, the lift down to the lower ground floor and double doors leading to 7 steps with a stair-lift up to the Stalls entrance. There are another 28 steps up to the lower entrance to the Dress Circle and another 25 to the rear Dress Circle. Venue is mainly carpeted and most staircases are highlighted with handrails on either side.

hearing impaired: Infra-red system with 10 headsets in the auditorium. Please ask a member of staff on arrival.

guide dogs policy: Guide dogs are not allowed into auditorium but management is happy to dog-sit.

wheelchairs: 2 spaces for wheelchair users in the Stalls (seats have to be removed so please notify theatre beforehand). 3 wheelchair transfer spaces are available to any aisle seat in the Stalls. Escorts are not required, however ask staff for assistance in operating stairlifts.

toilets: Men's and women's at lower ground level.

disabled toilets: Level access to adapted cubicles in men's and women's toilets at lower ground level (accessed via lift from foyer). Men's cubicle has grab rails but is not big enough to get a wheelchair in.

food: Level access to Café located in the foyer area. The Bar is not accessible to wheelchair users and is located another 16 steps up from the foyer, moveable seating in both. Drinks may be brought to disabled customers in the auditorium.
