Perfect Pitch presents six of the most promising new musicals being offered by the next generation of British writers, composers and lyricists in a week long season showcasing the future of the genre at the Trafalgar Studio 2.
Each performance of Perfect Pitch includes two shows staged as 45 minute productions, performed in a stripped-down, simple form by West End stars, but without the glitz and the glamour usually associated with West End musicals.
Speaking about Perfect Pitch, Paul Nicholas, the star of West End productions including Jesus Christ Superstar, Grease and Cats who is also a London musical producer, said: "This is a wonderful idea. An opportunity to have new talent, new things. Theatre needs it and this is a great event."
Perfect Pitch gives audiences the chance to see the hit musicals of tomorrow, today.
