Age: General

Genre: Performance

Bay is a work-in-progress devised by the company and director Sarah Tipple, one of the directors in the Young Vic's inaugural Wilson Bros scheme.

Within the confines of a motorcycle parking bay, the lives or three very different people collide and change. Bay explores the rich mix of human communities, each living side by side but rarely overlapping.

Tipple has credits including Mad Funny Just for Theatre503, Mayfly for the 24 Hour Plays at the Old Vic  and Red Handed at the Union.

The Wilson Bros project - named after the butcher's shop that once stood on the site of the Young Vic - is a major new initiative which gives three directors and one theatre company a residency at the Young Vic culminating in a production staged in the Clare or Maria theatres.
