Elena Roger stars in this biographical play which captures the glamour and the squalor of the extraordinary French singer Edith Piaf.
Playwright Pam Gems has reworked her 1978 piece which follows Piaf from a life on the streets of Paris to worldwide fame, exploring the rise and fall of the fragile, enigmatic performer.
Argentinean actress Roger made her West End debut in the recent revival of Evita, playing the title role, before staying on in London to join the cast of Boeing Boeing.
For more information about Piaf at the Donmar Warehouse read our Piaf First Night Feature.
