Parking: Barbican Centre underground car park, with free parking for orange badge holders. Please present your car park ticket and your orange badge to the Duty Manager at the box office. You will be given a sticker entitling you to free parking. Park in Car Park 3 which is entered via Silk Street. Walkway to level -1. Car Park 3 has 3 spaces for disabled customers. Car Parks 4 and 5 are entered via Beech Street and linked by lift E. Look out for directional signs on pillars - the lifts could easily be missed.

bars: Pit Foyer bar serves coffee and snacks. Soft drinks and ice creams can be brought into the auditorium, subject to performance. Cafe on Level G, Bistro on Level 1 and Restaurant on Level 2. Each restaurant has its own adapted toilet. Drinks can be taken into the auditorium.

limited mobility: The Pit is accessible via two sets of double doors (held open prior to performance) down a short ramp and through a further set of double doors.

access description: The Box Office (where pre paid tickets can be collected 60 minutes prior to performance) and Pit entrance can be found on Level -2 of the centre which is two levels down from the ground floor. There is a lift in the main foyer for access with low level controls, tactile buttons and voice announcements. The seating bank changes configuration depending on the performance and there may be four steps down to the thetare space, however there will always be flat access available down a short ramp. Approximately 10 steps between the front and rear of the seating block. Seats closer the front will have fewer steps to negotiate. Doors open 15min prior to performance.

Sound Amplification: Sennheiser system with 30 headsets available.

Guide Dogs: Guide dogs allowed inside the auditorium, alternatively staff are happy to dog-sit. Please phone the Box Office to discuss best seating arrangements.

Disabled Access: 2 spaces for wheelchair/scooter users at the front of the seating bank.

Toilets: Men’s and women’s off the foyer.

Disabled Toilets: Adapted toilet in the Pit foyer. Others throughout the centre.

Extra Access Information: The front row provides the best leg room.

Access to Bars/Restaurants: Cafe on Level G, Bistro on Level 1 and Restaurant on Level 2. Each restaurant has its own adapted toilet. Drinks can be taken into the auditorium.
