West End theatregoers are lining up Side By Side to see Patti LuPone and Rosalie Craig in this new gender-bending version of Stephen Sondheim's marital musical comedy, Company.

At her 35th birthday party, Bobbi's friends can't figure out why, given her charm and charisma, she hasn't found her perfect match. Why can’t she find the right man, and why hasn't she settled down to have a family yet?

For the first time ever, the lead role of Company will be re-imagined as a woman, Bobbi (portrayed by Craig), as Director Marianne Elliott reinvents Sondheim's heart-warming story of life, love and marriage.

The musical features iconic songs including The Ladies Who Lunch, Being Alive and Getting Married Today.

Company also marks the long-awaited return of celebrated actress LuPone to the West End stage, performing in London's Theatreland for the first time in over 20 years in the role of Joanne.
